Responsibility of a spa concierge: to greet
clients, book appointments for spa treatments, provide hospitality
to spa clients and sell retail spa products as required.
This position requires a minimum formal education of High school
diploma or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years experience in
Spa or similar retail environment. Experience with cash handling.
A good Spa Concierge
is always available to assist guests in planning a
perfect Spa experience, including the best order and

Primary Responsibilities
- Answer
incoming telephone calls and greet clients

Book all spa services and spa packages Inform and
educate clients about our products and services

Process clients tickets

Provide superior service and etiquette as
ambassadors of the Suddenly Slimmer Spa brand
Job
Qualificationss
-
Previous spa or salon experience preferred
-
Retail/ customer service experience a plus
-
Schedule flexibility is a must. Includes evenings
and weekend work

Familiarity and comfort using a computer
